Future Impact is a 10-week class for students who have already completed Youth Impact. The format of the two classes is the same: the students go out into their city to conduct group interviews of influential people. However, the theme of the two classes is quite different. While Youth Impact is about community, Future Impact is about success and adversity. Specifically, students in Future Impact interview professionals in order to learn what their definition of success is, how they achieved success, and the sorts of adversity that they faced on the road to success. During the time spent in-class, students do valuable work towards their futures: they learn about college life, explore different careers, and develop their own visions of success.
